I supported RM Home Improvement with more than just website work. My role included website support, administrative organization, bilingual communication, and client-facing business materials that helped the business stay organized and better connected with clients. From maintaining the website to assisting with invoices, estimates, emails, payments, and communication in both English and Spanish, I provided hands-on support across multiple parts of the business.
